Two of the companies I worked for had distinct &quot;social media policies&quot; that went along with personal codes of conduct. UT had a player who got kicked off the FB team for a racially insensitive comment on his Facebook. It&#039;s embarassing not only for him, but for the school and unfortunately gives ammo for people to think all Longhorns are racist. Just like you said, the school can inform them all the want, but at the end of the day it&#039;s the student that&#039;s posting.</description>
